Author Guidelines

  • Papers must present high-quality, original, and unpublished research that is not under review elsewhere.
  • Submissions should be relevant to one of the eight conference tracks.
  • All papers must be written in clear and professional English.
  • Manuscripts must strictly follow the Springer formatting guidelines (LNCS/CCIS/LNEE template as applicable).
  • Authors must use the official Springer MS Word template.
  • Papers should typically be 8–12 pages (including references), unless otherwise specified.
  • All figures, tables, and references must be properly formatted and cited.
  • All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection tools.
  • Papers with significant overlap or ethical violations will be rejected without review.
  • Authors must adhere to Springer publication ethics guidelines.
  • The responsible use of AI tools (e.g., for language assistance) is permitted. However, authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, human authorship and integrity of their work. Substantive AI-generated content without proper intellectual contribution and disclosure is not permitted.
  • Paper submissions are due by 10th July 2026.

Review Process & Publication

  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers.
    • Evaluation criteria include:
    • Originality and novelty
    • Technical quality and soundness
    • Relevance to conference theme/tracks
    • Clarity of presentation
  • Acceptance decisions are final and based on reviewers’ combined recommendations and the committee recommendation of the acceptance rate for the conference program.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be sent for publication in the Springer conference proceedings (final series subject to approval).
  • Proceedings will be submitted for indexing in major databases such as Scopus, and Web of Science as applicable.
  • Failure to comply with guidelines may result in paper rejection or removal from proceedings.
  • The conference reserves the right to limit the number of papers per author if necessary.

Submission

Selected papers and projects will be presented alongside distinguished Keynote Speakers and innovators from around the world.

We welcome scientific research contributions and industry demonstrations that align with the conference themes.
